FARCE OF ISMAIL (a.k.a. Esmail):

A Usurper and A Fake Sultan

Ismail or Esmail on his website came out with outlandish and false claims and allegations that befit someone who wallows in the gutter with his constant attacks on the true Sultan HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I that only Ismail's distorted and warped mind can concoct and manufacture.

The well-meaning people and candid readers will also recognize the unseemly language used by Ismail and his group that are marks of their vehemence that can be likened to the last knee-jerk effort of a dying rabid dog – which their lost cause is, devoid of facts and truth but full of pure fantasy and fabrication as the readers with wisdom will now realize.

Ismail also copied the website www.royalsulu.com of HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I such as Beware of Fake Sultan and Comedy attacking His Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah, with false allegations that the candid readers and well-meaning people will realize upon reading the facts hereto as creation of Ismail’s fertile imagination.

HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah and the 35th Reigning Sultan as from 2006, used the title "Reigning Sultan" on his coronation - - the same title he inherited from his father HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I (Sultan 1947 to 1973).

Suddenly in 2010, after more than 20 years of faking and masquerading as sultan, Ismail now called himself reigning sultan.  Why for over 20 years Ismail did not know that the title of true Sultan was Reigning Sultan?  Ismail did not know so he just usurped and copied the title of the true Sultan HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I.

Also for over 20 years of usurping and faking the title of Sultan, Ismail, his eldest brother Jamalul and young brother Aghbimuddin, did not know that the Royal Hashemite Sultanate of Sulu & Sabah -- was a Hashemite kingdom.  If Ismail was true Sultan and his family have rights he would know but he did not know so he copied again the name of the Royal Sultanate and now his website is called Royal Sultanate Hashemite of Sulu & North Borneo.

HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I in June of 2006 on the www.royalsulu.com website branded and presented Ismail, Jamalul and Aghbimuddin as usurpers, impostors and fake sultans and now in June of 2010 Ismail also used those words against HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I.

Poor and pathetic Ismail and his misguided group without originality of knowldege and wisdom (being copycats) they just copied the website and pronouncements of the true Sultan -- His Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I.

But we believe in the sense of fair play and wisdom of the readers and they will see through the deliberate ploy, black propaganda, vehement attacks, innuendos and fabrication of Ismail that will show him for what he really is: a man without endearing integrity and character.

On his new website, Ismail’s assertions are the hallmarks of a man who is used to treachery and falsehood as he is living a lie and is a master of manipulation ever since he usurped the sacred rank, title and position of Sultan of Sulu. But the true facts, proof and evidence that are beyond reasonable doubt show Ismail is a usurper, impostor and fake sultan along with his eldest brother Jamalul and his young brother Aghbimuddin.

ISMAIL TO ESMAIL:

Esmail’s real name was ISMAIL on his birth certificate but he changed it to ESMAIL to fool the people that he had link with the true Sultan of Sulu and Sabah – HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I (Sultan 1947 to 1973) the father of HM Sultan Mahakuttah A. Kiram (Sultan 1974 to 1986) and HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I (the current 35th Sultan of Sulu and Sabah). Ismail changed his name to Esmail II to manipulate and confuse the people to think that he has some direct relation to HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I.

So, you see the deliberate lie of Ismail. To present true facts hereto we will call Esmail “Ismail” his real name.

ISMAIL’S FAMILY COMMITTED TREACHERY AGAINST THE TRUE SULTAN:

We all know that the true and legitimate Sultan was HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I who ruled from 1947 to 1973 and not Punjungan, the father of Ismail. The Royal blood line of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I is the true line of succession to be Sultan of Sulu & Sabah, which is from HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I to his four (4) sons and four (4) heirs:

1. HRH Datu/ Prince Mahakuttah A. Kiram (eldest son), who became Sultan from 1974 to 1986 after the death of his father HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I;
2. HRH Datu/ Prince Iskander A. Kiram (second son), who died in 2001;
3. HRH Datu/ Prince Pahlivi A. Kiram (third son), who died in 1958; and
4. HRH Datu/ Prince Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram (fourth son), who became Sultan in 2004.

On the death of HM Sultan Mahakuttah A. Kiram, Jamalul, the eldest brother of Ismail, proclaimed himself sultan and thereafter Ismail also made himself sultan without any lawful rights to the crown and throne as Sultan because they are not sons of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I.

As a result of the treachery of Jamalul and Ismail, the true heir namely the second son of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I, HRH Datu Pahlivi A. Kiram, was not able to assert his rights till his death in 2001.

Thus in 2004, to regain his lawful rights and his inheritance as the last son of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I, HRH Datu Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram was crowned the 35th Sultan of Sulu & Sabah.

These are the true facts and not the convoluted and fabricated story presented by Ismail and his misguided group.

ISMAIL, NOT SON OF THE SULTAN:
The fact and truth remain whatever Ismail says or does that he is not the son of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I and, therefore, he has no rights to be Sultan; thus, Ismail is and really is a usurper, impostor and fake sultan just like his eldest brother Jamalul and young brother Aghbimuddin – who all claimed to be sultan at the same time. What a farce and tragic comedy of these 3 pathetic clown brothers!

LAW OF SUCCESSION:

Another fabrication and lie of Ismail and his group is their claim that the succession of the Royal Kiram Sultans Family was a creation of HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, that of Sultan father to Royal Datu son inheritance and not applicable to the Sultanate of Sulu. IT IS WRONG AND A LIE AGAIN, ISMAIL.

Ever since the Sulu kingdom became a Sultanate in 1457, the law of succession of the Sultan of Sulu was from Sultan Father to Royal Datu son only - - NO ONE ELSE.

For the clarity of the convoluted mind of Ismail and his group, the foundation and the basis of Royalty is PRIMOGENITURE since ancient times to this day. This is the only basis and foundation of being the Sultan of Sulu from the beginning to this day and not the fabricated and concocted hair brain idea of Ismail and his group.

PRIMOGENITURE:
In Royalty and nobility, the inheritance of the rank, title, position and wealth is from the father to the son. Contrary to the pigment of imagination of Ismail and his group, this primogeniture is the basis and is practiced by Royalty worldwide.

PROOF ABSOLUTE:
In Brunei and Malaysian sultanates, only the son of the Sultan can become Sultan. In Cambodia and Thailand, only the son of the King can become the King. And in Japan, only the son of the Emperor can become Emperor – no one else.

So, it is in the Royal Sultanate of Sulu & Sabah that only the son of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I can be Sultan and the current 35th Sultan is his last son HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I.

This law of succession is based on primogeniture. As in Asia this is also true in Europe, Middle East and African royalties. Only in the distorted minds of Ismail and his hallucinating group that they can ever create a different law of succession and call it the true line of succession by eliminating the Royal blood line of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I.

HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I had four (4) sons or heirs entitled to inherit his rank and title as Sultan and the last remaining son is HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I who also has 4 living sons who are heirs so there is no way the Royal blood line of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I can be terminated or replaced by the fabricated blood line of Ismail.

Ismail and his brothers Jamalul and Aghbimuddin’s claims as sultan is proven to be so far fetched as to be given credence by any well meaning person.

Ismail and his group must have their heads examined for creating a lie and to pursue concerted efforts to peddle the insane idea of Ismail to the public that he is sultan.

ISMAIL AS RAJA MUDA:
Ismail claimed he is raja muda, so he is sultan. Raja muda of whom? He was so-called raja muda of Jamalul his eldest brother who is also a usurper, impostor and fake sultan like him. Why? Because his father Punjungan was not the Sultan, it was HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I – the half brother of Punjungan (not full brother), as Punjungan was a son from the second wife, while HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I was the first son from the first wife; thus, HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I and his family and descendants have the lawful rights to the crown and throne of Sulu and Sabah as Sultan.

Punjungan was never the Sultan but the father of HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I – HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I (Sultan 1947 to 1973).
It is also vital to remember that the Royal line of succession is the blood line of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I – and Punjungan is outside the line of succession thus the sons of Punjungan Jamalul, Ismail and Aghbimuddin have no rights to be Sultan, but only the sons and heirs of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I.

HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah is the last son of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I.

ISMAIL, A TRAITOR TO HIS BROTHER JAMALUL:
Herein lies the highest crime of treachery ever committed by Ismail to his own blood brother.

Jamalul after the death of HM Sultan Mahakuttah A. Kiram in 1986 (eldest son of HM Sultan HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I and eldest brother of HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad E. Kiram I), usurped the title of Sultan and made himself sultan without rights and appointed Ismail as his raja muda.

Ismail, thereafter, revolted against his own brother Jamalul, stabbed Jamalul in the back and became the supreme traitor by proclaiming himself sultan to replace Jamalul while Jamalul is still very much alive to this day. Jamalul did not abdicate and so he continues to fight Ismail and also claimed to be another sultan.

So, Jamalul and Ismail claimed to be two (2) sultans at the same time for one crown and throne of Sulu. What an insane idea and what insanity between these brothers Jamalul and Ismail?

HOW CAN YOU TRUST ISMAIL TO BE SULTAN WHEN HE IS A TRAITOR TO HIS OWN BLOOD BROTHER!
Can he be trusted to be true and loyal to the people of the Sultanate of Sulu and Sabah and to the world? The answer is NO. Ismail proved himself to be a traitor and a man not to be trusted and to be disdained that all traitors and liars deserved!

Ismail is so dishonest to his brother Jamalul that you cannot expect Ismail to act honestly to others. Being traitor and dishonest can we believe his words? The answer is again NO.

We are surprised that Ismail is able to hoodwink and manipulate his misguided group to accept and believe his dishonesty and treachery. But if Ismail and his group think they can fool the people all the time with their fabrication, they are all wrong. People have wisdom and intelligence to see through the lies and dishonesty of Ismail and his group as this section will show.

Let us now examine in detail some of the claims of Ismail, a usurper and fake sultan, which will show him as a dishonest man beyond reasonable doubt.

ADMINISTRATOR OF SABAH:
This is another regurgitated dishonesty and lie of Ismail. Ismail claimed he and his brothers must be sultan because his father Punjungan was Sabah administrator. WRONG AGAIN, ISMAIL.

Administrator means to be “administration manager ONLY” and, as administrator, that did not confer any power or title to be Sultan to your father, to you, to Jamalul or to Aghbimuddin. The duty was simply to be that as administration manager of Sabah landowners which the father of HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I was one on the nine (9) heirs of the Sabah property. That is all Ismail and not your false claims to give you the rights to be Sultan. You are hallucinating and dreaming!

ISMAIL CLAIMED HIS FATHER PUNJUNGAN WAS RAJA MUDA SO HE IS SULTAN:
Wrong again Ismail. HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I (Sultan 1947 to 1973) announced Punjungan was temporary raja muda on account of the eldest son of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I – HRH Datu/Prince Mahakuttah A. Kiram being of minor age.

The temporary title of raja muda of Punjungan was withdrawn by HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I and proclaimed HRH Datu Mahakuttah A. Kiram as Raja Muda or Crown Prince and as a result on the death of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I in 1973 Datu Mahakuttah became and was crowned His Majesty Sultan Mahakuttah A. Kiram, the 34th Sultan of Sulu & Sabah.
These are the facts and not the fabricated story of Ismail and his group.

ON THE SO-CALLED COMEDY OF HM SULTAN MUHAMMAD FUAD A. KIRAM I AND COUNT SHARIF GEN. HABIB NIKABULIN:
There is no comedy but only in the distorted mind of Ismail. HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I immediately warned the public on knowing of the existence of a bogus website raising fund/s for him. We also explained that Count Habib was used by that website to raise fund/s.

Since there is no proof that Count Habib transgressed but might have been targeted as part of a demolition job of those wanting to destroy the Royal Cabinet of HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, Count Habib stays as Home Minister and Minister for Sharif’s Affairs.

HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I as The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah believes in the rule of law that no one is guilty unless proven beyond reasonable doubt.

The attacks of Ismail and his innuendos are prodded by his insane mind. If Ismail is a fair minded man he should get his facts right before opening his mouth and before he issues unfounded allegations that right-minded people will look at as a pure fantasy on his part.

Without evidence Ismail and his group pronounced Count Habib guilty which is their trademark as they are masters of mudslinging in the hope that it will progress their doomed cause.

Ismail jumps to conclusion without due process; thus, he deserves to be treated with disdain and ridicule.

Another farce of Ismail is his attacks without foundation on Baron Dr. Abdul Manaff as Baron Dr. Manaff wants to help the people of Sulu to have decent hospital, university, schools, drinking water and electricity by seeking donors to fund the Sulu projects.

Ismail without proof and evidence spoke against Baron Dr. Manaff.  The Tausugs know Ismail to be the lowest of the low as he enjoys to be a gutter snipe and his trademark is mudslinging, as it seems Ismail's mind is dominated by filth and dirt that only the dark recesses of his mind can conjure and create.

ISMAIL'S SLUR ON THE GOOD NAME OF THE MNLF AND MAAS NUR MISUARI:
Well this is another act of deliberate deception and lie by Ismail and his group when they wrote on their website that the MNLF is defunct.  Ismail must rally need to have his head examined.  Why? Because the MNLF is very much alive today and growing strong with over 300,000 troops in Mindanao.

Also for lack of better things to say he claimed Hadji Maas Nur Misuari, founder and chairman of the MNLF, the hero of the Tausugs and hero of the Bangsamoro people wants to be Sultan.

Ismail must be talking to his hat, Maas Nur Misuari does not profess or wish to be Sultan as he knows the true and legitimate Sultan -- HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I whom Hadji Maas Nur Misuari and the MNLF support and recognize as The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah.

Ismail also claimed that Maas Nur Misuari is paid by Malaysia.  This is again a fabricated lie of Ismail.  How could that be, we ask?  Hadji Maas Nur Misuari was arrested by Malaysia in Sabah and handed over to the Philippines to stand trial on charges of rebellion that was finally thrown out of court.

So, why the vehemence of Ismail and his misguided group against the MNLF and Hadji Maas Nur Misuari?

1. One: The MNLF and Maas Nur Misuari support and recognize HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I and NOT the usurper and fake sultan Ismail.
2. Two: In 1997 when Maas Nur Misuari was in Sulu, Ismail tried hard to invite Maas Nur Misuari for a meeting with him but Maas Nur Misuari politely declined the invitation.  From that time on, Ismail harbored anger and ill feelings against Maas Nur Misuari and vowed he will get even with Maas Nur Misuari one day.
3. Three: Ismail was never invited by the MNLF to any MNLF functions but only HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I as the MNLF whose majority members are Tausugs know the true history of the Royal Kiram Sultans. The MNLF spoke their true and legitimate Sultan is His Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, the 35th Reigning Sultan of Sulu & Sabah. Ismail with his malevolent attitude and duplicitous mind deserves to be an outcast by the Tausugs as he is now.

ISMAIL’S COMMENTS ON INTERNATIONAL NOBILITY COMMISSION:
We do not put much emphasis on this so-called commission but since Ismail used it to say HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I is fake sultan, we are compelled to reply. Firstly, this commission which is a personal association or group of nameless people on the internet has no mandate or authority.  It has no jurisdiction over the affairs of the Royal Sultanate of Sulu & Sabah.

Thus, their comment should not be taken as God-given for their words are not coming from the Koran or the Bible.

Also, Ismail was again deliberately misleading as he did not say this commission or association made their statement on account of "sovereignty transfer." But what sovereignty was transferred? Was it the sovereignty of the entire Royal Sultanate of Sulu & Sabah?  NO! It was the Sabah sovereignty transfer of 11-12 September 1962 from the Royal Sultanate of Sulu to the Philippines by HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I, the father of HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I.

In fact, in that 1962 Sabah sovereignty transfer, HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I exercised and retained his titles as Sultan of Sulu and Head of the Sultanate as they were not transferred -- and these titles are now inherited by HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, being the last son of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I.

Yes, we admit Sabah sovereignty was transferred but the sovereignty of the Royal Sultanate of Sulu dominions of Zamboanga peninsula, including the islands of Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi and Palawan was not transferred and they remained intact to the crown of the Royal House of Sulu & Sabah up to this day.

To declare HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I a fake sultan is without basis and foundation as he is the last son of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I and by primogeniture has all the rights to inherit the rank, title, wealth and position of his father HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I, The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah.

For to eliminate the title of Sultan of Sulu & Sabah is by terminating the Royal Sultanate but no Reigning Sultan in concurrence with the Royal Datus and the Sharifs did such a thing and so the rank, title and position of The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah remains and continues and is now vested in HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, the 35th Sultan.

ON AWARDS AND TITLES GRANTED BY HM SULTAN MUHAMMAD ESMAIL E. KIRAM I:
Here is another proof of ignorance of Ismail. Ismail did not know that the Sultan of Sulu and Sabah being King in his dominions has the rights to continue old awards and titles, revive extinct awards and titles and create new awards and titles.

The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah has all the rights to grant and confer these awards to any person or persons. The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah can name the awards and titles in Tausug language, Malay or in English as the case maybe for clarity and clarification.

The protestations of Ismail only showed he is not well versed with the powers of the Sultan and as usual for lack of better things to say due to his lack of legitimacy being outside the line of succession all he does is go on the rampage and attack HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, his Royal Cabinet, Grand Panglimas and Panglimas and anyone associated with him as The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah.

Recognized by the MNLF, the Philippine President and the Sultan of Brunei:
As a reminder, HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I is fully supported and recognized by the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF), the freedom fighter organization that signed the 1996 peace treaty with the Philippine government, now with over 300,000 troops in Mindanao, founded and chaired by Chairman Nur P. Misuari, a Tausug warrior along with many Tausug commanders – have declared their support and recognition to His Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I as The Sultan of Sulu and The Sultan of Sabah.

The Philippine President Her Excellency Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Brunei Sultan His Majesty Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah both recognized His Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I as The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah on the State Dinner in Malacañang Palace, Manila dated 30 January 2009.

Ismail, Jamalul and Aghbimuddin are rejected to be Sultan because the Tausugs know their true Royal Kiram Sultans and not the one fabricated by Ismail and his misguided group.

Ismail and his group are clutching on straws as evidence and proof show that Ismail has no rights to be Sultan because he is not the son of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I.

Ismail and his group resort to fabrication, allegations and innuendos using unpalatable words against HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, but the world now knows who he is, a dishonest man, a traitor, a usurper, an impostor and a fake sultan.

WHY IS PUNJUNGAN (THE FATHER OF ISMAIL) NOT IN THE ROYAL LINE OF SUCCESSION:

Ismail claimed we deleted his father Punjungan in the line of succession. We did not delete his name because Punjungan was not there from the beginning but outside the succession line being always the case.

FACTS: HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I was the 33rd Sultan (not Punjungan) and, on his death, he was succeeded by his eldest son HM Sultan Mahakuttah A. Kiram who was the 34th Sultan. Now, the last son of HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I -- HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, following the law of succession of father to son, is the current 35th Sultan.

On the chart of the Royal Kiram Family, Punjungan was always there but outside the line of succession, as the succession line emanated from HM Sultan Esmail E. Kiram I -- not from Punjungan. To put Punjungan as part of the line of succession is a fabrication made up by Ismail’s fertile imagination and his group.

This shows beyond reasonable doubt Ismail with his brothers Jamalul and Aghbimuddin are outside the Royal line of succession; thus, they have no rights to claim the sacred rank, title and position of Sultan.

Since Ismail, Jamalul and Aghbimuddin (also known as the three (3) stoogies or 3 clowns) insist to be sultan, then they are judged to be usurpers, impostors and fake sultans based on evidences.
